Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application

This shipping policy applies to all international orders placed through our Shopify store (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), covering global delivery services (excluding certain restricted regions, see Clause 6 for details). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy, as well as the Shopify Platform Terms of Service and the relevant regulations of third-party carriers.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframe

Order Processing Period: All orders will be processed (including stock preparation, packaging, and dispatch) within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders submitted after 18:00 (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: The total international shipping timeframe is 15-30 calendar days (calculated from the date of order dispatch), which includes international transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. In accordance with the "Railway Cargo Transportation Rules", the shipping time calculation will exclude detention time caused by force majeure, customs inspection, or other factors beyond the carrier's control.
Timeframe Explanation: 15-30 days is the standard shipping period. The actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to the destination country/region, customs clearance efficiency, peak logistics seasons (e.g., holidays), etc. Anthony A Castro’s Store will make every effort to ensure the timeframe but does not guarantee expedited services such as "next-day delivery" or "express delivery".

3. Shipping Fees & Payment

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the weight, volume of the ordered products, and the destination country/region. The fee will be displayed on the checkout page and borne by the buyer.
Combined order shipping is supported. Multiple orders placed by the same buyer within the same period will be shipped together, and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight/volume after combination (excluding oversized/overweight items).
Anthony A Castro’s Store reserves the right to update the shipping fee standard due to carrier fee adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, etc. The updated standard will be posted on the store's homepage and shall apply to new orders from the posting date.

4. Logistics Tracking & Notifications

After the order is dispatched, Anthony A Castro’s Store will send the logistics tracking number and query link via email. You can track the real-time logistics status through the Shopify order page or the carrier's official website.
There may be a 24-48 hour delay in logistics status updates. If you have not received the product within 30 days and there is no update to the tracking information, please contact customer service for verification in a timely manner.
Address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. No address modifications are allowed after dispatch; we appreciate your understanding.

5. Customs Clearance & Tax Information

International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes. In accordance with the "Regulations on International Road Transportation" and the customs policies of the destination country, such fees shall be borne by the buyer, and Anthony A Castro’s Store is not responsible for payment on behalf of the buyer.
The buyer must cooperate in providing documents required for customs clearance (e.g., ID card, address proof, etc.). If the product is detained or returned due to the buyer's failure to provide required documents in a timely manner or refusal to pay taxes, the relevant losses (including shipping fees, taxes, product damage) shall be borne by the buyer.
Anthony A Castro’s Store will truthfully declare order information and product value, and does not support illegal customs clearance requests such as "undervaluation" or "misdeclaration of product name".

6. Non-Delivery Regions & Restricted Products

Non-Delivery Regions: Including but not limited to internationally sanctioned regions, war-torn areas, remote islands, and regions not covered by logistics service providers (the system will automatically prompt during checkout).
Restricted Products: In accordance with the "Convention on the Liability of Operators of Transport Terminals in International Trade", Anthony A Castro’s Store will not ship flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, prohibited items, or other restricted products. If an order contains such products, Anthony A Castro’s Store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

7. Handling of Delays, Losses & Damages

Delay Handling: If the shipping time exceeds 30 days without valid deductive reasons (e.g., force majeure), the buyer may apply for an extension of the timeframe or a full refund. Anthony A Castro’s Store shall not be liable for additional compensation (e.g., liquidated damages, indirect losses).
Loss Handling: If the product is confirmed lost (tracking information shows "Lost" or the carrier provides a loss certificate), Anthony A Castro’s Store will offer you either a full refund or free re-delivery, whichever you prefer.
Damage Handling: To claim for damaged products, please provide photos of the damaged product, photos of the package outer packaging, and logistics tracking records within 48 hours of signing for receipt. After verification, you may apply for a refund or exchange. Failure to provide feedback within the time limit will be deemed as the product being received in good condition.
Disclaimer: Anthony A Castro’s Store shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, policy changes), incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, adjustments to customs policies, or other factors beyond Anthony A Castro’s Store's control.

8. Policy Updates & Inquiries

Anthony A Castro’s Store reserves the right to revise this shipping policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, logistics policies, etc. The updated policy will be posted on the store and shall take effect from the posting date.
